Concepts five blocks of the relationship between information and Marketing, a) information assisting in the planning, construction and conception of Marketing processes, b) use of misleading information in Marketing c) how information can shake already established Marketing d) actions that aim to inhibit Marketing actions that use misleading information e) how ethical issues influence all these relationships. How to use it, the study identifies that information can represent a great ally to the marketing sector, when using the precise and quality form, however the scenario can be removed, causing losses in the establishment of marketing. Regardless of the type of information disclosed by the marketing processes, this professional must always consider ethical issues, especially technical and the everyone’s well-being.</p> Adriana Karin Goelzer Leinig Edelvino Razzolini Filho Copyright (c) 2022 Europub Journal of Social Sciences Research 2022-03-02 2022-03-02 3 1 2 17 10.54746/ejssrv3n1-001 A competência legislativa dos estados - membros no federalismo educacional brasileiro: o caso de estado do Maranhão https://europubpublications.com/ojs/index.php/ejssr/article/view/85 <p>O Objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a natureza dos PLs, PECs e MPs apresentados e aprovados na ALEMA por Deputados e Governadores,<strong> no período de 2003 a 2018. </strong>O pano de fundo da análise é o Estado federativo brasileiro, com foco sobre a distribuição de competências. A pesquisa é de caráter quanti-qualitativo, cujos objetivos são de natureza descritiva e analítica. Para o tratamento dos dados, combinou-se dois softwares: Nvivo v.12 e Statística 7.0. O resultado é uma clara divisão do trabalho legislativo entre Deputados e Governadores de Estado, onde 80% da agenda dos parlamentares compõe-se de temas clientelistas e 100% dos projetos do Executivo possuem escopo normativo mais relevante (orçamentário, financeiro e/ou administrativo). Várias são as dificuldades quando se trata de produção em larga escala. Esse trabalho teve por objetivo identificar as possíveis influências das matérias-primas e insumos nos processos produtivos de biscoitos laminados. Foram&nbsp; realizados: acompanhamento do processo produtivo, coleta de dados, observações gerais, tabulação e pesquisa teórica. Os resultados da pesquisa permitiram observar as dificuldades impostas à produção devido a farinhas inadequadas, algumas vezes por defeitos em equipamentos, outras devido a problemas com colaboradores. Para a produção de biscoitos padronizados torna-se necessário também, padrão na matéria-prima, no treinamento de funcionários, na administração e manutenção preventiva.</p> Luani Back Silvina Crislaine T. Design/methodology/approach: Applying the strategic logistics outsourcing theory along with the resource-based view of competitive advantage, the authors point out the vital role of strategic logistics outsourcing in the manufacturing firm competitiveness. The data was collected using questionnaires with 30 manufacturing firms and analysed on effectiveness statistics and t-test to determine the effect of strategic logistics outsourcing on developing the competitive advantage for manufacturing firms. Findings: The findings indicate that cost reduction, efficient utilization of resources in the supply chain, and ICT application in 4PL services are key drivers to the competitive advantage of manufacturing firms. Research/practical implications: The research proposes to use a 4th party logistics as a strategic logistics outsourcing provider for achieving the competitive advantage for manufacturing firms.
